Central Washington County in southwestern Pennsylvania... Southeastern Allegheny County in southwestern Pennsylvania... * Until 830 AM EDT. * At 535 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain showers. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to 1.25 inches of rain has already fallen. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Pittsburgh, Mount Lebanon, Bethel Park, McMurray, McKeesport, Washington, Canonsburg, Gastonville, West Mifflin, Baldwin, Upper St. Clair and Scott Township. Additional rainfall of around a half inch is expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
